After the hit success of Sand & Sky's Pore Refining Mask, the team brought out Flash Perfection - a dual action scrub and mask that aims to mattify and invigorate skin.

Riding straight out of Beauty Heaven's Natural Beauty Month, this product has had regular use for the past few weeks.

Product
Flash Perfection is a botanical scrub and clay mask in one. Australian Pink Clay is the main ingredient, comprising the mask portion of this product. Macadamia Seed Powder and Bamboo Stem Powder offer scrubby action while Finger Lime Extract, rich in AHAs, help to dislodge stubborn dead skin cells on the surface.

Other ingredients include:
+ Grape Seed Oil - a great source of Vitamin E, an antioxidant
+ Olive Fruit Oil - a plant based source of squalene, a lipid found in skin
+ Rosehip Oil - skin healing oil high in antioxidants such as beta-carotene
+ Witch Hazel - a common ingredient in skin toner for oily skin
+ Sea Kelp - great for cooling and hydrating skin

Claims
Smooths and resurfaces skin, refines pores, leaves skin with a radiant glow.

How To Use
It is recommended to be used three times per week. Start with freshly cleansed, moist skin. Squeeze out a teaspoon's worth and massage it into skin for 30 seconds (avoiding the eye area), then leave on for 5 minutes. If you have sensitive skin, skip the scrubby massage and leave it on as a mask. Rinse off with warm water.

I recommend using this in the shower, just cleanse your face first and apply as directed, then rinse off at the end. It can also be used on other parts of the body.

Packaging + Physical Properties
It comes in a pink tube with the Sand & Sky logo. The product itself has a light pink tinge and brown scrubby bits throughout. It's quite thick with a mousse-like texture. It smells like caramel roasted nuts, I'm not even kidding, it's gorgeous!

Thoughts?
I absolutely love how this makes my skin look and feel. It's not too drying, and the scrub isn't too rough either. It's cooling on the skin with no stinging and it makes my skin look and feel amazing. I don't know whether I could justify the price, it is expensive, and having received it as a gift is really awesome, but I personally could not afford to repurchase this. I do recommend it if you have spare cash and want a lovely glow.
