Touch In Sol IN THE SKIN RENOVATION BB Cream - #RivetReview

I'm not sure whether the market was just saturated with Western ideas of KBeauty, with most of the big players offering some kind of product, and many of the cruelty free brands not doing it very well, that it took until KBeauty brands became mainstream amongst Westerners to actually find a BB Cream that I REALLY LIKE!

Touch In Sol In The Skin Renovation BB Cream.

Touch In Sol has been mentioned many times on my blog, but it is now going to be the star of the show.

.

Back in early 2016, I received a deluxe sample of In The Skin Renovation, but I hadn't opened it until early this year. I had deluxe samples of the other BB/CC Creams in the range, but didn't find them to be what I wanted. One was too dark, the other was a perfect match but did not offer sun protection. The middle ground was between a colour match and good sun protection, for which this saviour came along and I liked it so much that I purchased a full size during the last Priceline 40% Off Cosmetics sale.

In The Skin Renovation will match to very fair skin. It is specifically designed for fair skin with neutral and warm undertones, and guess who has that colour? It's like it was made especially for ME! The formula was designed with oily and sensitive skin in mind, however, I have not found this to be overly drying because I had tried the sample before I knew this.

Colour.

It claims to calm skin and reduce redness, all while protecting from UVA (ageing) and UVB (burning) radiation and leaving skin with a natural coverage.

The cream is slightly thick in texture and contains Hyaluronic Acid (humectant), Aloe Vera & Centella Extracts (soothing agents), Lavender & Chamomile Extracts (can be soothing to non-sensitive individuals), and Green Tea Extract (antioxidant). Beeswax offers emollient and waterproof properties, as does Hydrolyzed Jojoba Ester. The active UV protection ingredients are Ethylhexyl Methylcinnamate (it's just the molecule name and it has a very good safety record) and Titanium Dioxide, giving this product an SPF rating of 36.

Coverage.

Thoughts?
The fact that I bought a full size should say enough. I love how this covers and blends in with my skin, without looking like I'm wearing foundation. It wears easily and doesn't dry or flake. I get the sun protection that I need. It was what I was looking for all along.

.

In The Skin Renovation - $34.99AUD and the rest of the Touch In Sol range are available at Priceline stores in Australia.

Have you tried this product? Let me know what you think!

This product was received as a PR Sample and later purchased by me, my thoughts are honest. For more information, see my Disclosure Policy.
