Sukin Hydrating Facial Masque - #RivetReview

Sukin is a brand that is adored by many eco-conscious Australians due to the pledge of environmental stability; 100% Vegan formulas, carbon neutral manufacturing practices, and recycled packaging. Adding to that, their tagline "Skincare that doesn't cost the earth" has meaning; no microbeads and all products are grey water safe; very low impact on our waterways.
Smells good enough to eat!

Sukin Hydrating Facial Masque is a rich creamy mask that aims to hydrate and exfoliate dry skin, protect the natural moisture barrier and leave skin with a glow.

Containing a range of tropical fruits, including Papaya and Pineapple, the sources of the enzymes Papain and Bromelain, respectively, and Lactic Acid (an AHA, probably not as effective of an exfoliant in this formula due to the enzymes), the formula also boasts a range of plant oils and butters such as Avocado Oil and Mango Seed Butter. Olive Extract gives itself to the formula for antioxidant properties, Glycerine, high up, offers the hydration and Aloe Vera cools the skin.

A favourite on Friday nights!
Thoughts?
My skin cries for moisture and hydration, so when it gets really dull and tightens itself to the point of discomfort, out comes my hero. This masque is a real treat for my skin; it can be applied as thin or as thick as needed and unlike clay based masques, doesn't dry when left on. Having said that, if your skin doesn't like the intense drying of clay masques, this may be your answer.

Sukin is available at Priceline, Chemist Warehouse and leading pharmacies. This product retails for $15.95AUD.
